Quick + Easy Peach Cobbler Crumble



1/8 Brown Sugar

1 Cup of Whole Oats

1 Cup of Almond Milk

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Peach Filling:

3 Ripe Peaches

1/4 Lemon

1/4 cup White Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 teaspoons of stick butter


  1. Two small cooking pans, one for crumble, one for peach filling.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  3. Peal skin, and de-seed fresh peaches; cut thin or to your thickness desire

  4. Turn on pan to medium high, pour almond milk, and add cinnamon. Stir, add oats. Wait 2 minutes, add brown sugar. Turn off heat. (Should only take 5 minutes)

  5. Turn other small pan on medium high, add pealed peaches, squeeze lemon, add white sugar, and butter. Stir, let come to a boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Turn off heat.

  6. Pour filling into a small 8x5 inch flat pan, next spoon oats over filling, add thin slices of butter (optional).

  7. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden.

So simple and quick! Yummmm!
