About J. Desiree Rodriguez
Hi! I'm J. Desiree Rodriguez, a communication consultant, with 10 years of expertise. Also, I am a professor, author, host, writer, community enthusiast, and most importantly, a mom. Through hard work and passion, I have managed to transform my life and even the darkest of events into a positive force that guides me every day.
I received a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degrees in Communication and a Doctoral Scholar in Strategic Communication.
I am a former model and pageant queen, Mrs. All-Star United States Southeast 2021, with 15+ years of modeling experience.
By the age of 22, I founded my nonprofit, Always a Lady First. AALF was an empowerment and etiquette program, teaching real-world life skills. For five years, we helped over 150 young ladies.
Altogether, I maintain both of my careers and continue to always strive for achievement. While remaining active in my sorority Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated for ten consecutive years, I continue to be involved in my community.
