If you are always on the go, not a huge breakfast fan, I highly encourage you to try this recipe. It take 2-3 minutes of your time before you go to bed.

1 cup of Almond Milk or plant based milk
3/4 of Whole Oats
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of Ground Flax Seed
1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup
In a mason glass jar or glass container, pour almond milk, followed by the rest of the ingredients, stir.
Sit over night in the frig. Eat when ready! Top with your favorite fruit (I use blueberries).
I have used this recipe for the past three weeks and I feel great in the morning. I stay full until lunch time!
